Prices do not include 16% Mexican sales tax.
Tips/gratuities are not included with either package and are suggested at 10-15% of the charter cost. All rates are subject to sales tax.

🎣 Live Bait Not Included
Live bait is charged separately at $60 USD per group, regardless of group size (whether you're 4, 6, or 8 people).
This means the bait cost can be split among the group or covered by one person — it's up to you!

Cancellation Policy*
Once the reservation is confirmed, the 30% deposit is non-refundable, unless the Port Authority officially closes the port due to weather or other official conditions.
Regarding the remaining payment*
Once the boat departs from the dock, the full amount for the selected duration (half-day or full-day) must be paid. This means that if the client chooses to return to port early for personal or unforeseen reasons, the full agreed-upon price must still be paid
